Most of us have heard of the “Shadow Side”. We often think of this as a part of ourselves that is evil, or at least wants to be evil. This side of us seems to be blocking who we want to become. It is the part of us that plays “Devil’s advocate” sometimes. The Shadow Side may be that part that persuades us ever-so-subtly to continue in a negative behavior even though we have made a conscious choice to make a positive change.

Recently I have come to understand that even our Shadow Side deserves to be free to choose its own path. Many “channels”, human messengers of other dimensional beings, are saying that the energies are changing, the veil between the dimensions is thinning and duality is dissolving. This means it is becoming easier and easier for us to evolve into spiritual beings.

I have recently begun to aid my clients in Releasing the Shadow Side. It is a simple process and it has had dramatic results in some clients who have chosen this clearing. The Shadow Side seems happy to be free to choose its own way.

My clients report feeling less conflicted, and a huge energy surge lasting days or even weeks. My belief is that it allows the client to move more freely into change. In other words, the resistance is much less, therefore the changes happen even more quickly!
