We will only collect the personal information you voluntarily give us. The information you give us on this website will be used for the Companies, Marlana, and related parties to keep you informed of our specials, presentations, workshops, changes and related activities.

Your personal information may, for example, be shared with Energy & Spiritual Healing Center, Start Fresh, Answers Within or Marlana, Directors, Managers and other program sponsors. It may also be shared with parties supporting the Energy & Spiritual Healing Center, Start Fresh, Answers Wtihin, and Marlana and their work, such as book publishers. Removal from Our Mailing List & Data Base

You may be removed from our database at any time. To do so, please email, mail or phone us. As an added service, all Energy & Spiritual Healing Center correspondence should give you an option to remove your name from our mailing list. You will, however, remain in our data base.

Our data base is voluntary and one of our most productive means of reaching you. If you wish, however, to be removed from our data base, simply send us a letter or email stating that you want to be removed from our data base. Upon receipt, we will promptly remove your information.

Your credit card information is not stored on this website or in any remote accessible data base maintained by the Start Fresh, LLC, Energy & Spiritual Healing Center, AW or Marlana. When you purchase a service or product on-line your credit card information is passed directly to our credit card processing organization across a secure line to their payment gateway server. Currently, we’re using Eprocessingnetwork as our credit card processing center. Please feel free to view their site for more details regarding credit card processing.

Since we do not store any of your credit card information online, you will have to provide your credit information each time you purchase a service or product online. For the convenience of our regular clients who choose to pay by phone, we will maintain their credit card information in a database that is not accessible from any online source. In this way we have worked to maximize your privacy and protection.

The Companies websites may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information about your computer’s equipment, Internet access, operating system, etc. This information helps our web design team to better serve you by knowing how people access our website. Not Medical Treatment

The Energy & Spiritual Healing Center, Start Fresh, LLC, AW, and Marlana, its directors, officers, teachers, and staff [collectively in this notice, the "Center"], and practitioners trained in the Center’s methods ["Practitioners] do not make medical diagnoses or provide medical or psychological treatment as a part of the Center’s services or otherwise. Seeing a Practitioner or attending an Center program is not a substitute for regular medical consultation and health-care. Those attending Center programs or consulting Practitioners are strongly encouraged to see, consult and follow the advice of their medical doctors or other health-care professionals.

Center Certification Is Not Licensure To Practice Healing

The Energy & Spiritual Healing Center’s planned certification as a Spiritual and Medical Healing Practitioner is not a license to practice medicine or healing of any kind in any state or foreign jurisdiction. The Center’s certification does not fulfill any prerequisite that may be required to obtain a license to practice any form of medicine or healing in any state or other jurisdiction.
