So you have decided to give it a try. Great!

Now... let's get on to the fun stuff...

Create a Safe Space: Be sure to make your appointment at a time and place where you will be alone, quiet and free from distraction, for an hour or so, even if your appointment is only for a half hour. This will give you time to get things settled and have your appointment and then relax a bit afterward.

Drink Water before and during your appointment: Kinesiology is important for this work. You don't want to spend your appointment time just getting your body hydrated enough to get good solid answers.

Create a list of fears, blocks and negative patterns you want to work on: Just brainstorming is fine. Don't try to word things just right, we will get down to the bottom of issues when we talk. Just have some ideas of which direction to go. You can even copy and paste some of the things that ring true for you from the Beliefs Page.
